2012 Art Blooms-- A Wonderful Memory

Art Blooms Week keeps getting better and better...
this year it began with Art Blooms Earth Day festival.. followed by Artist reception on Saturday April 28- 66 beautiful paintings were hung (from 148 entries)-our winning artist ranged in age from 13 to 94 and location from Cherry Hill to Egg Harbor, Ardmore, Philadelphia, Havertown- A fantastic show and many paintings were sold and are hanging in homes and businesses.. The winners will be on display at Cherry Hill Library in the month of May.. 

Other Art Blooms events included a fashion show with environmentally friendly fashions modeled by some of Cherry Hill's most prominent women led by our First Lady Stephanie Cahn and Senior Advisory Board Chair, Irene Burke, Assemblywoman Pam Lampet, SCH Lori Braunstein and All of our Councilwomen, Sara Lipsett, Susan Angulo, Jacquelene Silver and Melinda Kane. 

The Luncheon with the Arts was a sold out event -Motown music performed was great fun.

We ended the Festivities with a Brass Concert on Sunday -performed by members of the Ocean City Pops joined by an ensemble of music students from Temple University..
